This is placeholder text, not legal advice. Replace it in Admin → Pages with the version your lawyer reviewed.
This page keeps the wording that applied before the current Terms took effect. It is published so that anyone who agreed to the older version can still read exactly what they agreed to.
When terms change, the old text does not stop mattering — a dispute is judged against the terms that were live at the time. Keeping the previous version reachable is the honest thing to do, and in several places it is also the required thing.
The version in force is the one published on the date you used the site. The current wording is on the Terms of Use page.
If you are not sure which version applies to something that happened to you, contact us through Help & Support and say when it happened.
